Linbox — Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Linbox platform (runlinbox.com, app.runlinbox.com, api.runlinbox.com) and the Linbox LinkedIn Session Chrome extension ("the Extension"). By connecting an account, using the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Linbox provides tools for operating LinkedIn accounts through agents and automation, including inbox access, messaging, connection actions, and profile enrichment, subject to configurable rate limits and work-hour windows.

Linbox is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.

Your account

You are responsible for the LinkedIn accounts you connect, for keeping your Linbox credentials secure, and for all activity performed through your account and MCP tokens.

You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Linbox in ways that violate LinkedIn's terms, applicable law, or third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or abuse protections
• Use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or deceptive outreach
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense access without written permission

LinkedIn and third parties

LinkedIn may change its website, APIs, or policies at any time. Linbox does not guarantee uninterrupted access to LinkedIn features.

You remain responsible for compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any restrictions on your account.

Rate limits and automation

Linbox enforces limits to reduce account risk. You configure limits in the dashboard; Linbox may queue or defer actions when limits are reached.

Linbox does not guarantee that staying within configured limits will prevent account restrictions by LinkedIn.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or LinkedIn account restrictions arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Linbox in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if no fees were paid.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
